It is more about the individual and collective level of talent showcased within the project. The organizations that contributed collaborated on the project deserve a significant amount of buzz for the work they produced during this endeavor for many reasons.
Without a doubt, this home brings more than one innovative design concept to the Fayetteville area located in Georgia, which just so happens to be one of the most beautiful states within the United States to live. The Idea Home is something like a crown jewel that lets potential and future home know what the Pine Wood community has to offer them. This home is not build by some company simply following blueprint specs. It is something of a work art that has some very impressive names attached to it. These big names with even bigger amounts of talent really have something special built into this home.
A as far as the overall architecture goes, Lew Oliver from Whole Town Solutions is to thank for that. Dana Lynch (Design) and Elizabeth Dettmering have the bragging rights to the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, scullery, bunk room, and outdoor covered terrace. For the tower guest house, Sherry Hart designs takes the whole cake. Brecken Alexander of BMA Designs is the designing mind behind the powder bath and stair hall. The creative flow behind the living room comes from Jenn Balcos of SWOOX Curated Consignment. Lindsay Hene and Jennifer Shoenberger (Designs) have something to be proud of in the middle bedroom. Niki Barfield (Designs) is responsible for the master bedroom and the bathroom attached to it. The queen room and its look are a vision of Julie Halloway (Studio). For the Upstairs office and sitting room, visitors to the idea home can thank Jason Mitchell of J. Ansel Designs. The utility of the Laundry and drop zone stem from Monica Stewart representing The Misfit House. Pine Wood Forest’s own Philip Shell gives this project its finishing touch through the loveliness of the garden areas. Getting a look at this home is something of a once in a lifetime experience that just about everyone can enjoy.
