This weekend Heritage Fire, America’s beloved live-fire, open-air culinary event, returns to Atlanta for the second time. On Sunday, March 26, at Guardian Works in Atlanta’s Westside, an all-star lineup of local chefs and artisans will grill globally inspired heritage-breed proteins al fresco, with offerings including beef, whole pigs, lamb, goat, duck, fish, chicken, and heirloom vegetables. The ultimate goal of the event, produced and operated by a21, is to educate and offer an experience that attendees can sink their teeth into unique cuisines from local farmers.An all-star lineup of Atlanta’s greatest chefs will be on hand to cook and serve mouthwatering food grilled over live fire.
Participating chefs include Rodney Scott (Rodney Scott BBQ), Josue Pena (Iberian Pig), Robert Butts (Twisted Soul Cookhouse & Pours), Nicky Leahy (Nick’s Westside), Matt Ratcliffe (Hamp & Harry’s), Pat Pascarella (The Porchetta Group), Karl Gorline (The Woodall), James Semanisin (Bella Deli) Alexandria Michelle Courtney (C3D Creamery), Malik Rhasaan (Che Butter Jonez), Ricky Saucedo (Friends Table/ Zucar Patisserie), Kartisha Henry (The Wing Suite) and Amanda Kinsey-Joplin (Amanda’s BBQ).
