Weinstein Slated to Launch Revamped Menu Early Summer
 Concentrics restaurants, a favorite Atlanta-based restaurant operating group boasting dynamic concepts across the country, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chef Matt Weinstein as Executive Chef of TAP, located in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta.  Matt Weinstein, one of Atlanta’s top culinary talents, offers intuitive modern cuisine inspired by global flavors and locally sourced ingredients at the Midtown staple.
Beginning his culinary career at Woodfire Grill, Chef Weinstein quickly made a name for himself – taking over as Executive Chef of Woodfire Grill in less than a year while racking up numerous accolades.  While Executive Chef of ONE. midtown kitchen, Weinstein was named to the coveted Zagat 30 under 30 loist, recognizing him as a – gastronomic game change.  Now as the Executive Chef at TAP, Weinstein brings years of experience working alongside top-rated chefs, as well expert techniques, contemporary insights, and new energy to the staple Atlanta dining destination. Chef Weinstein is committed to serving high quality dishes, refining TAP’s classic offerings, while maintaining the ideals of the long standing Atlanta eatery.
While Chef Weinstein has big plans for the restaurant, the signature lunch, dinner and brunch items remain on the menu as crowd favorites. Diners can sink their teeth into all of TAP’s signature favorites including house specialties, juicy burgers, salads, sandwiches and more.
