ATLANTA: This summer, Atlas is partnering with luxury goods conglomerate LVMH to transform its Papillon Room into a decadent experience like no other. Chicly named “The Choux Box,” the experience centers around the choux, a beautifully decorated French pastry similar to an éclair. By jointly venturing with LVMH for the boutique, The Choux Box will undoubtedly provide guests with a tasteful experience that exemplifies opulence. To complement the Choux Box experience, guests may also delight in champagne and caviar provided in collaboration with Moët Hennessy, the company behind luxury brands Dom Pérignon, Ruinart, and more. LVMH has also assisted in the temporary redesign of Atlas’ Papillon Room for the concept. “We are incredibly proud to have partnered with Atlas to provide this experience,” said Meredith Sherman, Prestige Manager at Moet Hennessy. “The Choux Box is a unique Atlanta offering, featuring a sense of sophistication that resonates with the LVMH brand.”
The concept of The Choux Box was created by Atlas and The Garden Room Culinary Director Freddy Money and Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow. Focused on an innovative approach to pastry, each choux is carefully crafted to taste incredible while exuding a sense of luxury and elegance, making each one a delectable masterpiece. “Each component of The Choux Box is an experience, from the boutique design itself to each individual choux,” said Chef Eric. “We have committed to using only the finest ingredients and creating unique flavor combinations that delight the senses with each bite.” The Choux Box also allows guests to indulge while inside the boutique or pick up a pair of choux to enjoy later.
To ensure the boutique matches the elegance of the choux, the pastries will be beautifully displayed in the center of the room on an exquisite bar height table. The Choux Box will offer a range of rotating flavored choux, with the current menu featuring Red Velvet, Key Lime, Vanilla Rocher, Chocolate, Raspberry-Rose-Lychee, Pistachio Orange, Georgia Peach, and Coffee flavors. The pastries will be available in quantities of 2, 4, 8, and 12. Guests can partake in The Choux Box on Wednesday-Thursday from 5:00-10:00 p.m., Friday-Saturday from 5:00-11:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
In addition to The Choux Box, Atlas and The Garden Room are offering several additional culinary pop-ups through mid-August. Atlas guests are invited to the Maisonette Room of the St. Regis Buckhead to experience Atlas Underground, featuring the restaurant’s acclaimed Chef’s Tasting Menu, along with three-tiered wine pairings from its renowned cellar. Atlas Tavern is serving an array of curated libations, along with menu items from The Garden Room’s Summer Staycation Pop-Up Series, which features elevated takes on classic “guilty pleasures.”
