Michael Schwartz’s Atlanta Genuine Pizza‎

Philadelphian Michael Shwartz is one of the most outstanding chefs based in Miami. Prior to starting his famous chain of restaurants “Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink”, Michael was able to be crowned the winner for the Best Chef: South. This adds to a collection of his achievements with his current restaurant chains proving to be a popular hit in Miami over the last decade. In 2017, Michael went further on to launch Genuine Pizza which is also based in Miami, and has announced plans to further expand it in 18 new locations.

Genuine Pizza Atlanta  is located  at the main access to Phipps Plaza in Buckhead, making it the first Genuine Pizza in the whole of Atlanta.

Pizza without a doubt is the main course served to guests at Genuine Pizza. Amongst the variety  of pizzas offered, there are also a selection of house specialities that are also served. The ingredients for all of the foods presented are carefully selecting and form an integral part of the delicious mouth watering experience found at Genuine Pizza. From preparation to presentation, every moment of the experience was truly fantastic.

Margherita Pizza

Short Rib Pizza

I went for the basics and ordered a Margherita mozzarella, tomato sauce and basil topped pizza. After indulging in the Margherita pizza, I opted for my second pizza the Short Rib gruyère, caramelized onion, arugula. For my vegetable side,

Brussels Sprouts & Burrata

Polenta Fries

Oven Roasted Chicken Wings

I also sampled some of the light Brussel Sprouts and Burrata with a side of basil, creamy pesto, almonds and a bunch of freshly picked herbs. To conclude this mouth-watering tasting I sampled Polenta Fries dipped in spicy ketchup with a portion of pleasant Oven Roasted Chicken Wings agrodolce & rosemary crema. In short, it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience and there will soon be a definite return visit!
