Tour of Wild Heaven Craft Beers

I have to say Wild Haven are one of my Favorite Atlanta breweries . Its tucked away in between the cities of Avondale estates and Decatur. Finding the place can be a challenge since there no large signs.

The brewery is very small sum what a where house with no air conditioning that can sucks during  the spring and summer in GA. The Tasting room takes about a quarter of the building  with stool tables inside. Most of the seating is out doors with picnic style tables  and canopy to cover the elements. Time to time they have a barbecue vendor selling food at reasonable prices.

I am not a fan of the tour . And dont want to detur people in taking the tour . But honestly  I really dont care about the brewing process of beer. I just like to drink beer. But they do have six beers on tap  and one seasonal beer on tap every few months.. My Favorite is White Blackbird a Saison  , Civilization a dark Barleywine ale and Ode To Mercy a Imperal brown ale.

You are allowed to buy a 6 pack of beer , bottled beers up to 72 ounces after you taken a tour. Or 12 dollars can get you a tour and 3 12 ounce pours. 15 dollars get you a souvenir glass and 6  6 ounce pours.  They accept cash , credit and debit cards. They are open to the public on Thursdays to Sunday. Sundays is the only day that kids are permitted in the tasting room.

Last Wild Haven beers are available retail through out GA  and Tennessee
