With three premier restaurants, Ray’s Restaurants have been serving the Atlanta area since 1984. Ray’s Restaurants are committed to providing diners with the freshest food in the region and an extensive wine list to complement any dish. You will feel taken care of the minute you step inside any of the three distinct locations.
I commence with the Parmesan crusted scallops paired with a lobster-parmesan risotto and finished with a balsamic reduction and basil oil.
My partner got a little adventurists with the special of the day, the pan-roasted seabass with a blue crab and butternut squash risotto topped with crispy shaved asparagus.
A variety of sides such as lobster mac and cheese, Maine lobster bisque, or a crispy battered lobster tail are curated to elevate each main course.
All of this food needs something worthy to wash it down with. Fortunately, Ray’s has the libation needs covered with a myriad of special cocktail choices.
You cant go wrong with the Rays Spiced Mai Tai made with Zacapa 23 rum, Solerno blood orange liqueur, apricot brandy, spiced orgeat, orange juice, and garnished with pineapple.
My favorite was the Hemingway Daiquiri made with silver rum, Marchisio liquor, lime juice, and finished with grapefruit juice.
Ray’s at Killer Creek is known for its friendly and professional service staff. Our server was a delight. Gerald, known affectionately by regulars as “G”. As a 17-year veteran of Ray’s at Killer Creek, G is known for delivering a first class experience to all of his customers.
