During the experience, we also sampled a few bites from the menu. First up was six half shell oysters (Big Rock from Mass, Tom Cove from Virginia, and Sweet Jesus from Maryland). Second we had Fried Oysters Rockefeller, which consisted of fried oysters over Sambuca creamed spinach with hickory smoked bacon & hollandaise. One word: amazing.

Last was the Entrees. My partner had the carpetbagger-style peppered salmon fillet consisting of pepper, pan seared salmon topped with fried oysters over hollandaise sauce. It came with two sides: Cotija Corn and Roasted Garlic Mashed Potato. Both were uh-mazing!! For my Entree I had the Carpetbagger-style top sirloin 8oz consisting of Creekstone Farms black Angus beef topped with fried oysters over hollandaise sauce. It was complemented with bacon mac n’ cheese and asparagus.
