ATLAS and The Garden Room Reopen with Exciting Changes and Innovative Menus

After a season filled with dynamic and innovative culinary pop-up experiences, ATLAS and The Garden Room are thrilled to announce their official reopening for full-service dining. The highly anticipated return of The Garden Room took place on Wednesday, August 16, while ATLAS welcome guests back on Thursday, August 17. These two acclaimed restaurants have pushed the boundaries of creativity by hosting a series of successful temporary pop-ups, including the widely popular dessert pastry boutique, The Choux Box, and the immersive Atlas Underground dining experience in the months of June, July, and early August.

Following a period of transformation and culinary exploration during the summer months, both establishments are returning with revitalized menus that reflect the signature elegance and exceptional quality that ATLAS and The Garden Room are renowned for. Drawing inspiration from Chef Freddy Money’s extensive global travels, international event participation, and dedicated research and development over the summer, the new menus promise an exciting journey of flavors and textures.

The reopening marks the commencement of a new chapter for both ATLAS and The Garden Room, under the guidance of Chef Freddy Money, Tavistock’s Atlanta Culinary Director. Hailing from London, England, Chef Freddy embarked on his culinary journey at the age of 16, honing his skills at prestigious Michelin Star-awarded establishments such as Paco Roncero, El Bulli Catering in Spain, and Alain Ducasse Group in the United Kingdom.

Since joining ATLAS and The Garden Room in 2019, Chef Freddy has elevated both establishments to unparalleled heights. His visionary approach and dedication to crafting visually stunning dishes with intricate flavors have garnered widespread acclaim. Now, armed with newfound inspiration from his travels, Chef Freddy is unveiling a reimagined culinary vision for both restaurants.

Reflecting on the process, Chef Freddy shared, “The entire Atlas team invested extensive efforts into redefining the culinary experiences at both restaurants. Countless hours were spent conceptualizing and refining various dishes before curating the final menus. After weeks of dedicated work, we are confident that we’ve created offerings that will resonate with both our loyal patrons and newcomers alike.”

ATLAS guests can anticipate an avant-garde tasting menu that evolves in harmony with the seasons. Highlights of the menu include Kristal Caviar, Westholme Wagyu, and the iconic Chocolate Rocher. To complement the gastronomic journey, Atlas’s esteemed wine cellar will offer thoughtfully selected wine pairings. Additionally, The Atlas Tavern will feature an à la carte menu, showcasing selected items from the tasting menu.

The Garden Room’s new culinary direction presents a 2-course and 3-course prix-fixe menu, accompanied by à la carte choices available in the inviting bar area. Dishes like crispy duck salad, Chilean seabass, lobster gratin, prime rib, and Yorkshire pudding promise to captivate diners’ palates.
