Agave Launched New Menu

One of my favorite Southwestern restaurants in Atlanta, Agave recently rolled out a new menu. The award-winning restaurant in Atlanta has kept its favorites, such as the amazing chili seared jumbo scallops and the classic cayenne fried chicken.

Agave has brought back some old popular dishes, including the chili grilled swordfish (hatch green chili mashed potatoes with spicy tequila cream sauce, grilled asparagus, and charred pepper salsa) and southwestern Meatballs (Homemade veal, chorizo, & Hatch green chile meatballs in a New Mexico red chile gravy with queso fresco & cilantro).

They have added new dishes to the menu, including the rancho grilled pork chop, which is a grilled 10 oz. bone in Berkshire pork chop served over Yukon gold mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus and New Mexico red chili sauce. And smoked salmon tostadas (house smoked Chilean salmon on crispy corn tortillas with creme fraiche, lime, and cilantro).

In addition to their chef-prepared food, Agave offers an extensive selection of tequilas and award-winning margaritas. The bar has rolled out new summertime tequila cocktails just in time for the National Tequila Day, which is on July 24. New drinks include the pomegranate/prickly pear with Corazon Blanco tequila and fresh lime. My favorite, which is a classic at Agave, is the jalapeno margarita, which consists of Tanteo jalapeno tequila, fresh lime, and agave nectar on the rocks.

They offer two-for-one appetizers at the bar 5 to 7 pm and two-for-one entrees with the DiningOut Atlanta Passbook use the code ASKME18 to get the passbook for 35 bucks online?
