Jeffrey Fashion Cares in Atlanta On Monday, August 27th, the 26th annual Jeffrey Fashion Cares event took place at Phipps Plaza in Buckhead Atlanta. The charity event was created by Jeffrey Kalinsky who owns a boutique chain with stores in both Atlanta and Manhattan.
