Not Bad!!
This Trendy Ramen spot is right next to — Two urban licks which got its name next to. Yes they operate under the same restaurant group that operate the other restaurant. They share the same valet and self with Two urban licks . Out side they have unique logo facing front of the building. Inside the ambiance was cool ,unique and very spacious. They have a open warehouse feel inside .There plenty of seating bar style facing the open air kitchen .Which is unique you can acutely see the chefs making each dish.
The Food
Wagyu Tartare 14.00 consisted Yuzu, Quail Egg, Bourbon Togarashi, Shrimp Chips. Not bad . I had tartare many times . It was well seasoned
JFC wings 8.00 I actually order this to go the other day. It was good the soy and garlic flavors wasent over powering. It consisted of Caramelized Garlic, Ginger Soy, Togarashi, Yuzu Ranch.
Park Belly Buns 10.00 one of the items I ordered to go. It wasent bad . It consisted house kimchi, Spicy Mayo, and Serrano Pepper
Kurobuta Tonkotsu 14.00 consisted of Pork Belly, Memma, Egg and Scallions. This ramen dish wasn’t bad. But not the best I had.The broth was the highlight of this dish. The server offered me some house made habanero hot sauce to mix in which actually enhanced the dish.
Drinks
They have a variety of mixed drinks and local beers available. The bar is not really visible it located on the right end of the kitchen towards the entrance.
Plum Sour 10.00 consisted of Bourbon, Umeshu, Lemon, Bitters and Egg White. This drink was not bad. I call it a gateway for people new to bourbon. You don’t even taste the bourbon .
The verdict…
Not a bad place for a date . Ramen is Ok not bad. There stronger point is there small dishes like the Waygu Tartare and Buns. Also I give it a high rating for there service. I normally don’t go to new places so they can get there shit straighten out. Nexto was on point no issues with the staff and the wait time from table to order.They also offer to go and delivery service is on the way soon. Over all great spot!!
