This Friday, August 18th and Saturday, August 19th, ONE. midtown kitchen is celebrating its 15th anniversary! Celebrating its past, present and future, Executive Chef Matt Weinstein will be adding a few past favorites such as wood oven roasted lamb ribs, iron skillet mussels as well as updated versions of the goat cheese toast, steak frites and the kit kat bar. All of these classics will be mixed into Chef Matt’s exciting late summer menu. In addition, certified sommelier, Caitlin Taglia will be featuring select bottles of wine for $15.00 and bringing back the original ONE Martini. Plus, three original employees, host Bob Bost and servers Jozsef Koscis and Bernadette Hill will be also be on hand (as always) to help guests and the ONE team alike remember this dynamic restaurant’s history, celebrate the present and look toward the future.
